Sunday 29th August
Eastern Electrics @ Union Street Car Park, Southwark
We’ve harped on about EE enough, but it’s simply one of the best parties in London and at a fantastic tunnel-like, 3-arched venue. Mulletover go head-to-head with Kompakt in Room 1 with main man Michael Mayer joined by Thomas Fehlmann LIVE, Robag Wruhme and Jo Saurbier, Claude VonStroke’s Dirtybird rocking Room 2 with the bearded one playing alongside Justin Martin, J. Phlip and the ManMakeMusic guys, while Joy Orbison, Scuba, Harri & Domenic and Ewan Smith make for an eclectic line-up in Resident Advisor’s room.
Sancho Panza & Leftside present Carnival To
p-Up @ The Regent, Kensal Green
Tech house legends Sancho Panza host probably our favourite stage at Carnival (a huge Funktion One rig in front of a school? Yes please!), and if you fail to squeeze into their area during the day then fear not, as they’ll be carrying on down the road with Crazy P and their faithful residents. Lovely stuff.

After two fantastic al fresco parties, the ex-Leeds legends return for bout number 3, with German talents Solomun and Chris Burkhardt doing the damage. As ever, they support the best of the British scene too – with Cecille and Freerange-gracing Huxley joining Kanio and the Ketoloco residents.
Monday 30th August
Paradise Carnival Wekened Part 2 @ Paradise By Way of Kensal Green, Kensal Green
A pretty darn silly line-up here that should keep you locked in this lovely pub and eatery all day. How’s about The Count & Sinden celebrating their debut album being released, and Fake Blood? Not enough? OK how about some riddims from Redlight & Dread MC and Martelo? You want more? How about some live sets from Katy B and Gorillaz-collaborator Bashy? MORE? How about indie types with skills on the decks Mystery Jets and Jamie XX? Still not enough? You greedy fucker. There are more very special guests who they can’t announce appearing in addition to all this. Wowzer.
