Good News for Ravers, Freaks and Music Geeks

London’s bar and club workers and music people are breathing a collective sigh of relief. On 28th February, Jaded launched as Cable’s new weekly Sunday Afterhours. Now following a 2 week break to let the 700+ followers who are claiming it was the best ever Jaded recover from all the excitement, Jaded will go weekly. Their aim - to help to build the sense of community that Cable, as London’s newest underground clubbing establishment so richly deserves...

The theme for Jaded’s mornings in 2010 is ‘Being Loved.’ That means creating a haven for afterhours people where they can finally be free and amongst friends. Where weariness is rewarded with smiles, the best music from an other-worldly sound system, warmth, cosiness and adventure, safety, good humour and creativity.

The experience of Jaded begins at 5am in Cable’s beautiful Bar Room. The balcony and the immediate feeling of warmth you’ll find there, reminds us of a little of AKA. Residents Mouj or Raymundo will always be there to soothe you into the dawn from the Cable Bar’s new DJ box. Upstairs there will be new comfy sofas and subtle lights cocoon you. Next, it will be time to tear it up, as the doors to the main room open. The Main Room will be Techno and Tech House, whilst the Bar will merge Cosmic Disco and Deep House grooves.

Daylight is the ultimate ingredient with Cable’s little garden courtyard being commandeered as a chill out for Jaded’s mornings.
