What is an e-ticket?
When you have purchase tickets from us, we will send you a confirmation email to you which contains a confirmation number - this is your e-ticket. To gain entry to the event you will need your confirmation number, identification with your name on it, and if requested by the promoter, the credit card that was used
in the transaction. We recommend printing the e-ticket email in full.
How secure is my personal information?
We use WorldPay to process your payments
and keep your details safe. WorldPay use DigiCert certified 128-bit Secure Socket Layering to ensure your information is transmitted securely. We do not store your
credit card details after the transaction is complete. For more information on safe shopping online, please click here to read a page entitled 'Shopper Help Online' from WorldPay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take payments through WorldPay, who accept several methods of payment including Visa, MasterCard
and all debit cards.
Where can I view the receipt for my purchase?
On your Order History
page you can view and print receipts for all of your previous purchases.
Where can I send suggestions or general feedback on ticketing?
We're always open to suggestions on how we can improve our ticketing system and offer a better service to our customers. Please email tickets@datatransmission.co.uk to submit your ideas for improvements to
the system.
Who sets your ticket prices?
Ticket prices are set by the event promoters, and as such we have no control over ticket prices. The prices displayed also include local taxes.
How many tickets can I buy for an event?
The limit for ticket purchases for a single event in a single transaction is 10. Please note that the event promoter may request this to be lowered if the event is anticipated to be extremely popular.
Are there any booking fees or hidden charges?
To cover our costs we charge a booking fee on a per-ticket basis. We always try to make sure this is the lowest online to offer you the best deal possible. Booking fees for events using paper tickets will be higher than normal, as we post these out by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Why was my transaction unsuccessful?
Please ensure your card and billing address details are entered correctly. If you are still encountering problems, please email tickets@datatransmission.co.uk
What is your refund policy?
Our standard policy is that we are unable to offer refunds for ticket purchases unless the event is cancelled.
This is outlined in our terms and conditions during purchase and is an industry-wide standard. Please ensure during your purchase that you are buying the correct number of tickets for the correct event, in the case of tours or events spread over multiple dates. If you have any questions or queries about a purchase you have made, please email tickets@datatransmission.co.uk
