Claude VonStroke's 2nd LP coming in October

Claude VonStroke will release his second artist album this October, aptly entitled Bird Brain.
 
Back in April, he told us: “I’m trying to finish my Claude VonStroke album of course. It’s going to be a little more eclectic than the first album, but it’s still gonna have elements of all the stuff that I like from the Dirtybbird sound through to the Mothership sound.”
 
What we do know of its contents is that it will include current single The Greasy Beat, featuring the vocals of P-funk legend Bootsy Collins, and upcoming banger Beat That Bird, a superb track with Justin Martin that takes off from the classic Beat That Bitch vocal by Johnny Dangerous. The latter track was brought to Dirtybird HQ by Martin who told VonStroke that he was stuck and couldn’t finish it – and a few days later, they managed to put the last few pieces of the puzzle together, making for one of their strongest releases of recent times.
 
It’s shaping up to be a good one – and with VonStroke also working on a hip-hop alias called The Grizzle, we might even get a dash of that with our main order of Bird.
