Dutch hardstyle duo Showtek cleared up at the Hard Dance Awards over the weekend at the Atomik Weekender, making it their third successive year of awards.
They won awards for Best Album, Best European Hard DJ and Producer, and Best Track. In fact, hardstyle swept the board, with only a few non-hardstyle acts picking up awards (Technikal being one). Does this mean that all hard dance lovers love hardstyle? Does it mean more people from abroad are voting? Or does it just mean that the majority of the 10,000 voters are hardstyle lovers, and the hardstyle-haters didn't bother voting? Who knows.
Here are the results anyway - and there's a Hard Dance Awards Euphoria compilation out today (March 8th), with mixes from Andy Whitby & Klubfiller and Kutski (who picked up the Outstanding Contribution To Hard Dance award for landing the genre's first ever show on Radio 1).
