Steve Mac - The Noise Bastard

Here comes another steaming single on Saved Records. Taken from Steve Mac’s forthcoming artist album on the label, The Noise Bastard features a powerful remix by Santos, whose brilliant EP Rom Controll/ Metal Boogaloo was just released on Saved a few weeks ago.

The Noise Bastard we are dealing with here is a big and dirty one. Characterised by the filthy riffs and metallic stabs on top of the forceful tech beats and pulsing cymbals, this energising cut has a sleazy vibe that will excite the crowd in the big room.

Santos’ remix then further raises the energy level, as the bold, pummelling housey beats and rumbling bass couple with the loopy, sexy female vocal snippets and floorshaking mechanical stabs to render plenty of drive and power. It’s heavy, it’s intense, and it’s powerful – a peak-time killer for sure.

With this strong release Saved once again shows the great form it has carried since the start of the year. Definitely a label to keep an eye on at the moment.
