It’s that label again! After consistently releasing some of the world’s finest techno, the guys at Get Physical have done it again. Dakar’s, I’ve Got That Feeling is an outstanding release.
All the remixes offer great potential but the outstanding track is the Lopazz remix. The cunningly constructed intro leads to a soulful, deep-bodied track. Effects and sweeps add anticipation as it incorporates layers of strings, minimal percussion and bass with light keyboards and LFOs for good measure. The detuned leads and noises move around skilfully and the vocal progresses throughout the track.
The original and other remix offer equally dark and techy feelings and the overall production of the release is outstanding.
