What is an E-ticket?
An E-ticket is distributed
to you via email only. Upon entry, you will need to present your identifiation
and, if requested by the promoter, the credit card that was used in the
transaction. RA recommends printing the email just incase there are problems
gaining access to the event.
What
payment methods does Data Transmission accept?
Data Transmission accepts
several methods of payment to including: Visa and MasterCard and all debit
cards.

secure is my personal information?
Data Transmission employs a
bank grade 128bit SSL encryption from DigiCert to protect your personal
information when the payment is being processed. To ensure maximum security and
privacy for your information Data Transmission does not store your credit card
details. We allow RBS WorldPay from Natwest to process your payments and keep

Ticket
pricing and availability
Data Transmission sells
tickets on behalf of promoters and venues, This means we do not set the ticket
price. These ticket prices also includes local taxes.

to be paid by buying a ticket from Data Transmission
Why was
my purchase unsuccessful?
It’s possible you entered
incorrect credit card details or the account you are using has insufficient
funds. Your expiry date may have been incorrect or you may not have enter the
correct CVV number (AMEX).
Can I
obtain a refund on tickets I have bought?
There are currently no refunds for the majority of events unless the event is cancelled. This is
covered in the terms and conditions during purchase and is a standard set by the majority of promoters. Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management.
