Not content with working with electro & techno don Felix Da Housecat, hip-hop mogul P Diddy has now revealed that he’s been recording with UK’s finest, Simian Mobile Disco.
In a posting on Twitter, Diddy stated he was at a party with "James (Ford) from Simian Mobile Disco! I just did a new track with them! It's crazy!"
James Ford of SMD has also been working on the new Klaxons album, as previously reported, and did some drumming for Last Shadow Puppets – whose front man Matt Helders has also been getting acquainted with Mr. Diddy it seems.
In another Tweet the rapper revealed he was "just kickin' it wit my boy Matt (Helders) from the Arctic Monkeys! I'm the newest member of the group! I'm signing him to Bad Boy (Diddy's record label)."
Strange things are afoot in the music business!
