Daft Punk working on fourth studio album

"The boys are in a studio in Paris at the moment," revealed Pedro "Busy P" Winter, head of Ed Banger Records and ex-manager of Daft Punk, to Australian site ITM. "And I can't wait to listen to their new stuff! The good thing is that they are making music at the moment." In stark contrast to the process of making their last studio album, the luke-warm received Human After All (which was made in 6 weeks according to them), the new album is not being hurried. "They are slow, you know," Busy P laughed when asked about when to expect new material. "They are taking their time, and they have a right."

He also confirmed that he has now totally stopped working with the dynamic duo. "I've stopped working with them really recently, because I want to focus and concentrate on Ed Banger and my artists, and my own career as Busy P."

Look out for our video interview with Busy P coming soon, where we talked about everything non-Daft Punk (poor guy must be getting a bit sick of the questions by now), and also look out for a very special treat coming from him to you lucky people!
