Another belter from Israel, Guy J follows up the stunning Save Me with this new cut for Bedrock. Again, it’s nice to see Diggers plumbing for something big, euphoric and melodic like he used to frequently. The track focuses around a simple 3-note melody, crafted via long, sustained, wavering synth chords that are ever so slightly detuned. This main, Milton Jackson-esque motif is helped along by slow, techy percussion, and later a crystal clear, xylophone style riff that sprinkles some heavenly euphoria over the proceedings. Uplfiting, but not in an obvious way.
 
Error Error totally smack it on the remix, starting from a similar departure point, before letting just after the two minute mark with an absolutely killer, crisp, hyper-Moroder style stuttering bassline, and sharper percussive elements than the original. It’s some kind of super-charged progressive techno or something. Fucking ace.
